   The TX1 is a non-traditional camera (you use it vertically rather than horizontally like other cameras)

   It has an optical zoom (10x) that is not found on many other cameras.

   It also uses the state of the art Li-ion batteries.

   You should enjoy it a lot. Some will think you are shooting video because of the way you have to hold it when shooting.
