I was just given a Canon Powershot S51S without a manual. Can anyone tell me how to take black and white pics?
My brother gave me his camera. I’m good at taking pictures and a lot of people like my photography but this camera is a big upgrade from the one I was using before it. I don’t have a manual and I’ve played around with it for a little bit but I am NOT a technical person and I can’t figure out how to change it to take black and white pictures! Help please!!!

Whenever you take the pic you have to edit it to be black and white

go into the menu and select picture in black and white mode. there should be other settings there as well, such as sepia, etc. hope this helps
