Nikon Coolpix P80 -or- Sony Cybershot DSC-H50 -or -Canon Powershot G9?

I'm looking for a solid point and shoot camera. I know SLR's are the best, but I don't want to spend that much cash right now. I want to keep it below $450. Does anyone have any suggestions about the cameras models I have listed? Nikon, Canon, or Sony? Thanks in advance.

I would prefer sony ,because i personally experienced the difference,i first bought nikon p80 but the quality of the picture is too low even though its a good brand with 10mp and 18x zoom ,when i tried with sony its the best, its got zesis lens and also smile technology and many other modes to play with ,The ISO sensitivity is also good …….price is only same .dont get exited by llooking at more zoom and mp but go for a better quality
