canon powershot g9???? (someone who owns it)?
what are really good tips and features of this camera??? i already know how to use time lapse, color accent&swap. but what else is there to this camera? (i know there is tons more to do!!!!) also, can u give me step by step instructions on how to do long exposure shots??
My advice…thoroughly go through and read the Basic User Guide and especially, the Advanced User Guide because it will fully explain your camera's functions and how they work.
Your camera has a minumum shutter of 15 seconds. You can turn the mode dial to Tv (Shutter priority…Time Value) to select your shutter speed.
Or you can turn the dial to M (Manual). You can then select your shutter speed AND aperture.
Have a look on pages 94-99 on how to use the Tv and M modes.
And have a look at the very handy and invaluable reference chart that's at the back of the Advanced User Guide…"Functions available in Each Shooting Mode".
