Canon Powershot G9 or G10. Where should i buy?

I’ve decided to get a Canon Powershot. I am impressed enough with the G9 but thinking if i am going to splash out i may as well get the G10. Anyone know if its much better than the G9?

Can anyone reccommend the best place to buy (either) at the cheapest price? (other than ebay) anyone spotted any good deals or special offers?

    G10 has more megapixels crammed onto a sensor the same size as the G9, so it actually produces more noise. So actually I’d go for the G9, since its cheaper and just as capable. Finally don’t rule out the capabilities of the Panasonic LX3.

    Try amazon, but they can be a little dodgy at times though.
