Should I get the Canon SD780 or Sony T90/T900?

I need a really slim & compact camera that will fit in my pocket without being too bulky. It must also have the capability of video recording in HD. I considered the Flip Mino HD which is great but I decided not to get it anymore because I still want to take high quality photos.

my 2 main things are COMPACT and HD RECORDING.

What would you suggest I purchase? Or if you have heard of any other great compact digital cameras that record in HD.
