buy digital camera?
i want to buy digital camera pocket
what you think between Sony, Pentax, Olympus, Nikon or Canon? thxxx… ^^
Canon is good…..before buying chk what U need the camera for…..for 'normal' use 5-6 megapixels is good enough (gives good prints upto A4 page size). Make sure it has atleast 4X or higher optical zoom. Don't worry about digital zoom; that is useless. Make sure U get good after sales support in your area just in case anything goes wrong.
My first choice is and always will be Canon . Second would be Sony . I'd recommend either the Canon IXUS 800 IS 6.0 MP
Digital Camera or the Sony Cybershot W35 7.2MP

When you say pocket, I guess you mean sub compact.
I suggest some of the following.
Fugifilm Finepix F30 or F20.
Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W50
Canon PowerShot SD430
Each one of these are fine cameras. Look at Website dpreview.com for reviews of cameras and prices.
