Best Digital Camera Out There?
Canon Kodak Olympus … I want something with outstanding macro and clarity. I want to be able to touch the objects in my picture quality…
I am not looking for a SLR or even a Digi SLR but the normal pocket size digi that takes great pictures and is PC easy friendly lol
Most compact cameras have a macro mode. I've used my Fujifilm Finepix F10 to take a picture of my eyeball. It came out so well, I can see the reflection of my camera in my pupil.

Well, you can't really have it both ways. You want the best, but then you reject the type of camera that produces the best quality.
A point and shoot camera will produce adequate images, but it won't make "touch the object" quality like an SLR with a good macro lens.
If you just want a good digital camera, try the Canon A570 IS, which does focus to about a couple of inches in front of the camera and does a very good job. Only $155. More importantly, it has image stabilization, which helps with such closeups.

Together with anthony h answer you might consider the Canon PowerShot A630. 4X optical zoom, 8 megapixels, which is a bit more money.

There are 2 best camera systems out there. The Canon EOS 1D or EOS 5D systems, or the Nikon D3 system. They are both DSLR's and on the expensive side (the camera bodies without a lens start in the $3000+ range). That's what you are asking for with your picture type / quality requirements. No point and shoot camera will give you what you want.
